Marco Polo | 27th October 1892 | Converted to a troop transport in Venice from 1917-1918 with a new name of Cortellazzo. Renamed again as Europa in October 1920 and discarded January 1921 while simultaneously being reinstated as Volta. Discarded and sold for scrapping 5th January 1922. | |

Carlo Alberto | 23rd September 1896 | Converted to troop transport in Venice Navy Yard in 1917 and work was completed in Taranto Navy Yard in 1918. Renamed Zenson and recommissioned in April 1918 but discarded on 12th June 1920. | |
Italian armoured cruiser Carlo Alberto in 1902 was launched at Spezia in 1896 she measured 324 ft in length with a displacement of 6,500 tons and a speed of 20 knots. |

Built in Britain by Armstrong at Elswick for the Greek Navy and named Salamis. But was bought by the Italian Navy initially to be named Angelo Emo. Served with the Italian navy, ending her service with the Italian navy while in Montevideo, when she was sold to Uruguay on the 16th January 1908. as Montevideo Displacement: 2050. Speed: 17.7 knots. Crew 224. Armament: Six 6-inch guns, Nine 57mm Guns, 6 Gatling guns Four 14inch Torpedo Tubes. One extra75mm gun added in 1898 L'ItaDogali
Ha Protetto l'Incrociatore Costruito in Gran Bretagna da Armstrong a
Elswick per la Marina greca ed i Salami nominato. Ma è stato comprato
dalla Marina italiana di essere inizialmente nominato Angelo Emo.
Servito con la marina italiana, finendo il suo servizio con la marina
italiana mentre in Montevideo, quando è stato venduta a Uruguay sul 16
