HMS
SUFFOLK. Built at Portsmouth Dockyard and laid down 30th September 1924.
Launched 16th February 1926 and completed 31st May 1928. HMS Suffolk
served in the Home Fleet 1939-1943, then Eastern Fleet 1943-1945. She was
finally scrapped at Newport June 1948. |
