Durandal Class. French Destroyers of the Durandal class, including Durandal, Hallebarde, Fauconneau and Espingole. Photos and history of the early French destroyers of the Durandal Class. All four Destroyers were built by Normand and ordered on 25th August 1896. they were built with a turtledeck forecastle with two masts and two funnels.
