[UP] - Collision with SS Florida

The series of photographs below relate to the collision between HMS Glorious and the French liner SS Florida off Gibraltar in April, 1931.

HMS Glorious and SS Florida locked together after the collision.

It is difficult to make out, but the two square windows along the top edge of the photo belong to the Florida, and are facing the bow, hence the photo is taken from near water level just off the port bow of the Florida, looking up into the damaged area.  The bow of Glorious is just about discernable coming in from the right of the photo.
