Welcome Joe and thankyou for showing a magnificent model of the "Armada" - fine job as many of our fellows modellers will be saying after me. Any plans to venture into the Radio Controlled world ? Dave H

Welcome Joe , excellent model and totally agree with you Dave .

At this stage I have no plans in venturing in remote control boats but never say never.

Here are more photos showing different angles of the destroyer. A lot of studying, research and patience have gone into building this model. I've used white ensign pre 1950s 1:350 scale Guard Rails, ladders, doors, hatches, fire hoses, used real chains for the anchors, modified bridge and fittings, scratch built director mark IV. The two torpedo davits I included hand winch, torpedo mountings detailed, rotating and elevating twin 4.5 mark IV turrets including ladders and doors on the back of both. Both STAAG Bofors scratch built. This stage I will leave it at that :)

Well done Joe, a lovely looking model.;) Good attention to detail and an obvious labour of love.:) Sandy.

Sandy Thank you very much, you're right its a labour of love but i've enjoyed building this model. It was always something that i wanted to do for a long time.:)
