Hi my first name is Richard spent 4 yrs in the Merchant Navy back in the 60,s, I am now retired and my main hobby is model boat building and sailing them with the local Boat Club. I have a MTB P150 Model 36" model all wooden hull, Vosper Fire Boat one of the first Arokits made in the early 60,s 36" model.

Hi Richard, welcome to the Forum.;) We have a fairly healthy modelling section on the Forum with a few current build blogs, one of which is pretty local to you.
