My Best one of 2011- HMS Renown

Posts 1 to 7

After a long absence ,I thought I would post my favourite model from last year. This is of HMS Renown after she was rebuilt shortly before WW2.I used a Trumpeter 350th Repulse hull and 15" gun Turrets, but the rest was scratch-built.I cast my own 4.5"turrets from resin, this was the first time I`ve tried this and it worked very well.It was my most satisfing build of 2011.
