12th December 1936 - Laid down 6th October 1937 - Launched 22nd June 1938 - Arrived Portland 30th July 1938 - Arrived Portsmouth 1939 - 1st Anti-Submarine Striking Force at Belfast 1st April 1939 - Cdr. Alun Jones in Command 17th April 1939 - Sailed Portsmouth for Portishead 23rd April 1939 - Arrived Portishead 24th April 1939 - Sailed Portishead for survey work 28th April 1939 - Arrived Portishead 12th May 1939 - Arrived Portishead 28th July 1939 - Arrived Guernsey 3rd September 1939 - At Portsmouth refitting from survey ship role 27th September 1939 - At Portsmouth refitting complete 12th October 1939 - Ran aground on Row Point and sustained minor damage which was soon repaired. 21st October 1939 - Attacked a submarine contact 2 miles 105° from South Rock Light Vessel, Belfast 31st December 1939 - Assisted searching for a submarine contact 65° from Sauds Island 16th January 1940 - Sailed the Clyde for Liverpool 1946 - Served as the merchant ship Jaslock | |||
