Kaiser. , Launched 19th March 1874 and commissioned into the German Fleet on the 13th February 1875. designated in 1897 as a heavy cruiser. served on colonial duties until 1899, and becoming on the 3rd May 1904 a harbour ship/ renamed Uranus on the 12th October 1905. Eventually raised on the 31st July 1935 and scrapped at Rosyth.Scuttled on 21st June 1919.
