I
believe the ship is SMS Frankfurt as completed with both main
mast search lights sighted at the same level. Wiesbaden was sunk at
Jutland 1 June 1916 and had a single search light on the main mast
and two level search lights on the fore mast. Both these sister
ships differed from SMS Graudenz and Rensburg in the disposition and calibre
of the main armament. The former had their 15cm forward waist guns
carried on the main deck rather than on the same level as the
forward gun. The main armament of the Graudenz class were 10.5cm compared
with the 15cm of the Wiesbaden's. The recess and gun mounting can be
clearly seen between the fore mast and first funnel. Dave

Its definitely a German Light cruiser. Something
like the SMS Regensburg/Graudenz/Frankfurt, or of similar
classification. - Carl Proctor
