Training Ship General Botha. 

Ex British cruiser HMS Thames.  Sold to South Africa, November 1920, and became training ship General Botha 1922.  During the war, in 1942, it reverted to the name Thames, and served as an accommodation ship.  The ship was scuttled in Simon's Bay in May 1947.
