My Grandfather William Blinkhorn served on HMS Thunderer from when she was commissioned, until 1919 having done his training on  HMS Illustrious &  HMS Victorious. I have numerous photo/postcards of crew and one exceptionally good picture taken after they have taken on coal. My grandfather is near the centre of the picture with a cleanish face, he served as Chief Stoker. I also have all of his waxed papers and medals. I have also managed to get copies of the launch post cards (including 1 original) and a few paintings. Thanks to Mark Blinkhorn for these photos.
