J Class Submarines J1 to J9  built during world war One, for the Royal navy and transferred to the Australian navy in 1919. The J Class Submarines were eventually scrapped in 1924.

J1 6th November 1915 Transferred to Australia on 25th March 1919. Scrapped in February 1924.
J2 6th November 1915 Transferred to Australia on 25th March 1919 and scrapped in February 1924.
J3 4th December 1915 Transferred to Australia on 25th March 1919 and scrapped in February 1924.
J4 2nd February 1916 Transferred to Australia on 25th March 1919 and scrapped in January 1926.
J5 9th September 1915 Transferred to Australia on 25th March 1919 and scrapped in February 1924.
J6 9th September 1915 Sunk on 15th October 1918 in error.
J7 21st February 1917 Transferred to Australia on completion and scrapped in November 1929.
