Guépard Class.  French destroyers of the Guepard Class.  Photos and history of the French destroyer class including destroyers constructed from 1928 - 1930, including, Guepard, Valmy, Verdun, Bison, Lion and Vauban.

Guépard 19th April 1928 Scuttled at Toulon on 27th November 1942. Raised and repaired in 1943 but sunk again on 11th March 1944.
Valmy 19th May 1928 Scuttled at Toulon on 27th November 1942. Raised and repaired in 1943 by Italians renamed FR24. Scuttled 1945 at Genoa.
Verdun 4th July 1928 Scuttled at Toulon on 27th November 1942. Raised and repaired in 1943.
Bison 29th October 1928 Bombed and sunk on 3rd May 1940 off the coast of Norway.
Lion 5th August 1929 Scuttled at Toulon on 27th November 1942. Raised and repaired in 1943 by Italians and renamed FR21. Scuttled on 9th September 1943.
Vauban 1st February 1930 Scuttled at Toulon on 27th November 1942.
