  G108 class  G108 to G113   Ocean Going Torpedo Boats

G108 Built at Germania Dockyard at Kiel , Launched  7th September  1901 and commissioned into the German Navy on the 26th march 1902. On the 14th September 1914 renamed T108. and serve throughout World war One as a training Boat. after the war served in the Reichsmarine until being stricken on the 22nd March 1921. finally scrapped at Hamburg

G109 Built at Germania Dockyard at Kiel , Launched  9th November  1901 and commissioned into the German Navy on the 19th June 1902. On the 14th September 1914 renamed T109. and served as a submarine flotilla flagship in 1915 and between 1916 - 1918  served on patrol and escort duties . after the war served in the Reichsmarine until being stricken on the 22nd March 1921. finally scrapped at Kiel

G110 Built at Germania Dockyard at Kiel , Launched  9th September  1902 and commissioned into the German Navy on the 21st january 1903. On the 14th September 1914 renamed T110. and served in coastal defence and also as a traingin boat and later as a patrol boat. After the war serve din the Reichsmarine until being stricken on the 22nd March 1921. finally scrapped at Hamburg

G111 Built at Germania Dockyard at Kiel , Launched  2nd April  1902 and commissioned into the German Navy on the21st July 1902. On the 14th September 1914 renamed T111. and served as a training boat. until 1916 when T111 became a tender After the war served in the Reichsmarine until being stricken on the 22nd March 1921.  sold for 200,000 marks on the 13th June 1921 and scrapped at Keil

G112 Built at Germania Dockyard at Kiel , Launched  19th June 1902 and commissioned into the German Navy on the 6th September 1902. In 1903 involved in collision and sustained damage (see photo)  On the 14th September 1914 renamed T112. and served as a coastal defence vessel and later served on patrol and escort duties.   After the war served in the Reichsmarine until being stricken on the 22nd March 1921.  sold for 200,000 marks on the 13th June 1921 and scrapped at Keil

G113 Built at Germania Dockyard at Kiel , Launched   9th August 1902 and commissioned into the German Navy on the 16th October 1902.   and served as a coastal defence vessel In 1915 renamed T113 In 1916 served on patrol and escort duties.   After the war served in the Reichsmarine until being stricken on the 22nd March 1921.  sold for 260,000 marks on the 8th June 1921 and scrapped at Wilhelmshaven

Displacement: 400 tons. Speed: 27.5 knots.   Range:  1225 miles at 17 Knots. Crew two officers and 55 ratings.   Armament: Three 5cm / 40 cal. QF Guns and Three 45cm Torpedo Tubes (deck)
