This is my 3D model of the Italian esploratore "Quarto" as of 1912.

Simply my initials: DFO. When I did my Industrial Design work on paper-sketches-that was how I would "sign" them with the date...written Marine Corps/military style. Since 1994 I've run 3D CAID software to design with...no signatures on my jpeg renderings of designs anymore. The surface shapes, and detail design plus renderings are all done in 2 related pieces of software from the same Company.

If you look "above" (Modeling Forum) you can see the first scratch built model I've done in 37 years...............DFO
