Default Tsushima

The tug Svir (ex-Zwarte Zee) was interned at Shanghai after the Battle of Tsushima. When was she released and what was her fate?
This should not be confused with the minelayer listed in Watt's Imperial Russian Navy, which uses the incorrect photo of the tug, distinguished by her tall close funnels.
