Default The Navy League- research help.

Hello
I am a PhD student studying navalism and nationalism, looking in particular at the Navy League as a naval lobbying group. Unfortunately, I am unable to find copies of 'The Navy League Journal' or 'The Navy', the publications of the Navy League. Does anyone have any ideas/information about where to find these? Thanks

Laura93,

I would have thought that there would be copies in the British Library. You might also try the libraries of the National Maritime Museum and the National Museum of the Royal Navy.

However, I seem to recall that the Navy League was formed in response to something similar in Germany that was raised by German industrialists and Admiral Tirpitz.

Not sure if the Australian organisation of The Navy came under the same umbrella. If so, there are editions going back to 1920 on this site.
