Default HMS Bulwark, Albion and Centaur.

My local Norfolk weekly newspaper The Diss Express carries the following on it's reader's page today 8/17:

"Did you serve on board any of the light fleet carriers HMS Bulwark, HMS Albion or HMS Centaur ?"

Our Association ,The HMS Bulwark,Albion,Centaur Association
is open to anyone who served at any time on these ships. We send a magazine three times per year and run events including an AGM/Social, sea trips with HMS Bulwark, and anniversary commemorations at home and abroad.

Whilst our home port is Portsmouth this year's AGM/social was held at the Hilton Hotel,Blackpool on May 12th. Next year we will be at the Royal Beach,Southsea around Saturday May 11th

We also sponsor Sea Cadets from our affiliated Sea Cadet Corps on three training ships, one sail, two motor.

Membership is all at 8 per annum. Enquiries to:

Leigh Easton
Glenmoray, Hayford Place,Stirling FK7 9JX or email to

I think the Association must circulate all local newspapers as I am sure the letter has appeared locally.

Old Ships: Raleigh 1963, Collingwood 63, Ark Royal 64, Collingwood 67, Undaunted 68, Porstmouth FMG 70, Exmouth 72, Victory 1974 as JEM, EM, OEM, LOEM, POOEL. Then 28 years in the Fire Service
