Apparently large numbers are being docked refurbished and rearmed, as with most other vessels. Policy appears to be recycling of ships and aircraft even Tu-160 is back in production, albeit with new electronics.

And of course the Canadian Navy's AOPS for the Arctic will just wipe the Tarantul Class off of the map. We will be so ill-equipped to exercise our beliefs that we are the primary owners of the far north...
