Default First ship sunk in WWII, SS Athenia, 'discovered'?

The very first ship sunk in WWII, SS Athenia, has been possibly (well probably it seems) identified on the ocean floor.

And although not mentioned in the article, HMS Electra, a very storied destroyer, lost during The Battle of the Java Sea, was one of the first (if not the first?) on the scene to rescue survivors.
"We are off to look for trouble. I expect we shall find it." Capt. Tennant. HMS Repulse. Dec. 8 1941
