Hello ,
What was the name of the Imperial Russian Navy balloon tender ca.1904 ?
As far as i remember she was able to carry 4 small Cacquot like balloons for scouting an ennemy fleet ?

Best regards
Ps : I'm looking for it in order to make an alternate history battle of Tsushima !

My reference work for the Russian fleet is based on WW1 and does not mention a balloon tender, but there was a seaplane tender built 1903 (but given the date obviously not as a seaplane tender!) with the Baltic fleet named Orlica (or Orlitsa depending on how one transliterates the cyrillic). It was of 3,800 tons and deployed 4 seaplanes.

Thank's a lot for your reply .
I think it's the " Russ " , but some wargamers seem to use the " Orlitsa " ??????
I found this on the official VMF site
