I recently completed my book about all ships lost by the RAN since its foundation. The book has been three and a half years in the making. The research has been fascinating and the book is for people interested in Australia's naval history.
I've had some great exchanges with people on this site along the way, and I thank you all. In some cases I have been corrected, in others pointed in important directions. There are so many knowledgeable people on this site and the generosity of spirit in sharing knowledge and information is wonderful. I have also been able to assist some people with research from time to time.
The book is currently being considered by a publisher. If they decide against publication I will self-publish sometime next year.
I am offering anyone that wants to read chapters of the book the opportunity to do so. Please PM me or email and I will send the chapter(s) to you as e-copy. If you would like to comment on chapters, I would appreciate your feedback. While the book is with a publisher for consideration, it is still a work in progress.
There follows a list of chapters of all ships lost.
Happy New Year to all on the forum.
