Greetings
I hope someone can help me.
Can anyone identify the class of this vessel? I have been unable to identify if in any of my Janes or Naval Institute books
Thanks very much
Could it possibly be the USS High Point PCH 1

I believe that the USS High Point had a distintive Chine strake - it could be the Canadian 'Bras d'or' (the one built in the mid '60's - not to be confused with the earlier and smaller one built by Messrs Saunders Roe UK - built early 50''s)
Mention Of USS High Point. Here is a Picture of her firing a Harpoon anti-ship missile.

I think it may be USS Tucumcari (PGH 2)
John Brown,
You are correct. In Janes 77-78 it is classified as Patrol combatants Missile (Hdyrofoils). 2 in the class USS Pegasus and USS Hercules

Charles
