Thanks for that rimbo, you'll see I've now added your spreadsheet to the database, and posted a link in your original post.

There were a few minor alterations I had to make to the data to make for an easy upload to our server - a few columns used incorrectly here and there but nothing too serious, and I appreciate that my instructions are not easy to follow. Thanks again! :)
