You guys I know are always there to help. I was reading the "ask jack" from the Navy News and came across this, thought this would be the place to ask. If anyone can answer it I'll be sure to let the person know who to thank.
Jack Cornwell Medal: I have been looking for a medal that my Grandfather was awarded on HMS Chester to commemorate Jack Cornwell's action. The only description I have is the size of an old penny, on one side is a picture of Jack Cornwell, no cap hair smoothed down. This is all the information I have. My Grandfather was PO Sydney Walter Pitcher. I hope someone out there can help me as I am running out of people to ask
