Hi,
Anyone know where I can get either 1/144 fittings or a model kit 1/144 of HMS Sheffield Type 42 ?

Hi whalerman,

Thank you for the reply but I need it in 1/144 so that if I cannot find the fittings I can use them from the kit.

I was given a model of the 'Sheffield' to restore, I usually work in 1/72 scale.

Hi there, The company that used to do 1/144 was Woodcraft Marine, 3, Furnace Estate, Byerley Road, Shildon, Co. Durham, DL4 1QB.

I too have a couple of their ship a DLG (County) and a Sheffield - I too tried but got no response, so don't know if they have ceased trading?.
