View Full Version : Library Software
For those interested I bought a home library software set. It was from Wensoft and it is fairly good, although it does not download the reviews and will occasionally miss cover images that are easily accessible on its source sites. It is over all good program and seems to be worth the $35. It can also show you the value and number of books. I could have bought a car! And I am only a fraction finished! I guess I really need a less expensive hobby...
Would you please tell the readers a little more about what this software actually does please?

Perhaps this link I came across a few months ago might be of some interest

I am sorry I should have added more detail. The program actually catalogs books for you. This particular one all you have to do is enter an ISBN number and it will go online and download all the information for you. Including cover images. You can add notes, sort them into categories, even run a report on how many books you have that were published in a specific year. It also keeps a cover image of the book with the record. Problem is when you have a book that was printed before ISBNs!
Interesting stuff.Does it only cover books published in the USA though?

Linton I am getting the feeling I might be talking to myself here but the link I thought you might like to take a look at tells you all of that and even offers a chance to look at the library software on a free trial!
