A beautiful ship. The sailing feats of those times and ships were amazing! It is good that they are being memorialized.

Wow, to faced with Sir Francis Drake's Golden Hind  already was built in 1992 the ship Victoria , in memoriam of the first circumnavigate of the Earth in 1522. She repeated the travel in 2004-2005 on the occasion of EXPO 2005 in Aichi.

Hi Asdrubal. Those are two fine looking ships. Our "Golden Hind" has an auxiliary Diesel engine in case there is no wind.Do your two have anything similar? I'm sorry I don't have a picture of our replica, but I am sure some body on the Forum will be able to provide one. Regards Steve.

Of course the two ships have auxiliares engines. The Victoria is the most "spartan". The habitability of the Andalucía is more comfortably.

The Golden Hind

By the way, where is this port? Bournemouth? I look strikingly similar to some of the ports on the north coast of Spain where I lived as a child.
