View Full Version : Sad Announcement of Death of Canadian Sailor

In our local paper today (The Welland Tribune) I came across and obituary for a man who served in World War II on the HMCS Huntsville. He was 86 years old, so he had a good and fulfilling life and many relatives who will obviously miss him dearly.

I tried to find out some information on the HMCS Huntsville, but despite going into a number of websites on the Internet I couldn't find out very much - certainly not enough to do this veteran any justice. Will continue to look and follow up on any information that might be suggested by other members.

It is very important that the passing of all brave sailors such as Roy Norman Wills are honoured on this Forum. Without them we would have little to discuss here.
