Fairey Seafox, and i can even look the registration up when i get to work tomorrow but until then here's a quick list of ships that carried them according to the Fleet Air Arm Handbook;

EDIT: I was so excited by an aeroplane i completely forgot about No.6. I believe it is HMS Rattlesnake, but i could be wrong.

I think you will find that picture number 6 is the minesweeper HMS Rattlesnake.
