Some signed programmes/posters of Crackers Concert Party 1945.

Photos include comediams Jimmy Currie and Jimmy Kinnell (Currie and Kinnell),
"The 4 in Harmony" consisting of Jenny Daphne Brenda and Jo, "The Dancing Daydreams", Ron Baker and his "Moonshiners", and "The Hill Billies" (consisting of Alec Rocky Reggie Jimmy Doug Taff Geoff Nan Phyll Margaret and "Gush"), as well as a group photo.

May bring back some memories.

Sorry, can't help you much more than what is already here. Ron never really spoke about them much so whether he was involved in some of their productions or not I don't know. He obviously knew them but Ron was in the Sick Berth and not a member of the Concert Party itself.

I can see the name "Chandler" on the Cast List but as Ron was in the RN Sick Berth Staff he could not have been a permanent member of the Concert Party. He never really spoke of them and other than a few other photos of the girls relaxing and the information attached above I know very little else.
In 1945 it appears Ron was in Bombay and in 1946 in Singapore so he must have seen them while he was abroad.
Sorry I can't help further.
I am hoping that a relative of the cast may see this and help with more information.
