RN Skimmer

Just back from meeting aboard Belfast, here as promised are the pics of the restored skimmer presented to Belfast, I can do more of any specific detail if someone wants rivets, knees, engine etc. I think the steering wheel on this one is 1970 MGB!

I think he was just a passing visitor; I had arranged a business meeting on board in the gunroom, actually the starboard walrus hanger (port side is the coffee shop) for a group of business colleagues from Russia and Yorkshire. The ship has various places for hire for parties, receptions and business meetings. I had wanted the Admiral's cabin but someone beat me to it. The ship's caterers provide food from tea & sandwiches to a full banquet. This is really convenient to me since I gave up my city office plus it helps the ship and always impresses our overseas visitors. I think they would like more boats, a whaler and motor boat, cutter, wd by nice.
