I have just found 5 albums of these ship which were visited by my father in approx late 1972-to early 1973. Is there anyone who was there at the time and would like to share the pictures? There are some superb ship and aircraft shots but also a lot of ship's company shots. All crystal clear as the sample shows. I need a bit of time to scan the lot but they will come soon if there is enough interest??

Tim, they look terrific pictures from the thumbnails but is there a need to scan them so largeas they get pixilated?

thats been annoying me too Bob, I think my scanner needs resetting but I cannot fathom how to do it, there is just nothing to twiddle with. HP4500 if youve got any indeas. Do I just resize the image?

Hi Tim, I usually scan the pics at resolution 300 and adjust them accordingly via MGI Photo suite or Adobe Photo shop. Have a couple of tries to test it out and Bob's your Uncle or in my case friend !
Attached the Sparrow, note the Skimmer.
