HMS Newfoundland: Crew 1954

We have added the following photo to the site, but I thought I would also post it here since it may interest a few of you. It shows the ship's company of HMS Newfoundland, and HM the Queen is on board, which by my reckoning makes this April 1954. Anyone is welcome to add any more info about location or whether I am right or wrong, but here is the photo anyway:

I am new to the site,are there any crew lists for HMS Newfoundland

my grandfather harry billing robinson served on her in 1945 at least and was there when the japanese emperor signed the surrender (there on the ship in the harbour anyway)

he never talked about the war much and I would appreciate any information anyone can provide
