S.M.S. RADETZKY MEDALLION

As a newcomer to this site, I'm not sure how to ask for information, but I wonder if anyone can tell me something about a 2" medallion that commemorates the WWI period Austro-Hungarian battleship Radetzky. Are the medals common or rare, what might be their approximate value, and who might deal in such items? Thanks much in advance. - MCT -
