Last I heard, she was permanently alongside in Vizag -not trying the proper name! -a port on the east coast of India -but that was in the late seventies.

thanks to Terry's help the pic of Achilles in Auckland at the end of the war appears on the 'painting ship thread'. There are quite a few faces on the photo that people might recognise.
