D Day Memorials

on a recent visit to Normandy i took these pictures of war memorials
lest we forget
starting form the left the first memorial can be found at the pegasuss bridge museum
the next one of Terrance Otway can be found at Merville Battery
the next one is from the British cemetary a Bayeux
and the last 2 i think are at omaha

Thanks for these. There's quite a few of them in the area! Did you see the statue of Ike in the roundabout?

If possible, could you name your pictures? We can read the title by running the mouse over them and to know what each is does help.

I go each year (since 2001) to the DDay Celebrations at Arromanches-I usually stay in Bayeux; but have been elsewhere, including Villers Bocage.
There are monuments virtually everywhere. I think my most memorable is the Churchill tank on top of Hill 112.
