In october 1882 Romanian Navy received two Yarrow torpedoboats tipe 178, second class.

length...............18,80 m
width ...................2,40 m
draft....................1,70 m
speed....................16 kn
displacement..........12 t
engine.................. 85 hp
crew ..................8
armament...............1 spar torpedo

The torpedoboats blueprints were lost during WWII.
I need informations on torpedoboats built by Yarrow company during that period to try to recreate the blueprints of the romanian torpedoboats.

Did not Yarrow build similar boats for other navies?

Perhaps you might be more successful there.

I already found similar torpedoboats in the Russian navy. I don't know what colours had similar ships in Royal Navy.

The left one is "SOIMUL" or "VULTURUL"; to the left it is a Thornycroft torpedoboat.
