Off to Egypt for a week

Hello All,

Just to let you know my wife and I are off to Luxor early Monday morning hopefully for some sunshine! It will all help my wife in her long term recovery from a horrific car accident, in which she was the innocent party, 18 moths ago.
That will be followed up in mid-April when we fly to Manausi n Brazil to board a ship for a month's voyage back to the UK.

My wife and I had a great Egypt trip a few years ago and enjoyed it very much. So much to see and do. Can't speak too much about the local wine however!

If you have the chance go to the Luxor Museum and try and view the sculptures there.... especially the ones downstairs. There is a sculpture in pink of a pharoah, whose name I can't remember but it is truly wonderful...
