Passenger Ship Oriana

Hi all,
Can i ask about a passenger ship from the sixties?? I came back from Australia on the P&O ship ORIANA, I know that it went from P&O to japan and was turned into a floating casino.What happened to it then ? is it still around in another guise ?

Hello Gardener,

I think you should be in the Mercantile Marine Forum, as this one deals with RN and other Navy(s) ships, however I can tell you that the original Oriana is now somewhere in China, as a floating Museum, can't remember quite where it is, but I did see her on TV a year or so ago, in her 'new' position!
