12th November 1939 - Struck a mine one mile 80° from North East Spit Buoy. Sank two hours after striking the mine
13th November 1939 - Stood by mined HMS Adventure
13th November 1939 - Towed by Tug Fabia then capsized and sank
13th November 1939 - Sunk
13th November 1939 - Mined by a magnetic mine and settled by the stern
