19th December 1939 - Completed
19th December 1939 - After working up at Portland, Joined 9th Destroyer Flotilla and operated with the Home Fleet
4th February 1940 - Sailed Plymouth for a position 40 miles 270° from Cape Finisterre.
29th February 1940 - Under repair at Plymouth
15th March 1940 - Sailed Portsmouth for the Clyde
16th March 1940 - Arrived in the Clyde
