Photographs and history of the Virginia Class Battleship of the United States Navy, BB14 USS Nebraska, from its launch in 1904 until its scrapping in 1923.

BB14 USS Nebraska order under the naval act of 1899, USS Nebraska was built at Moran and laid down 4th July 1902, launched 7th October 1904 and completed 1st July 1907. finally sold for scrapping in 1923.

Displacement: 14,948 tons, and 16,098 tons full load.  Speed: 19 Knots, Crew 812.     Armament: Four 12 inch  Guns (2 x 2 ) Eight 8 inch Guns, twelve 6 inch guns Twelve  3 inch guns , Twelve  3 pounder, and Four 21 inch Torpedo Tubes all submerged.   

BB14   USS Nebraska 7th April 1904 Sold for scrap in 1923.
